About the Platform:

OJILZTAG.COM is an online classifieds and digital advertisement platform where users can list and promote properties, automobiles, products, reselling items, and business advertisements. We do not act as a buyer or seller. All transactions occur directly between users.

Eligibility:

Only individuals aged 18 years and above are permitted to register and use this platform. Users must provide valid and accurate personal details during registration and KYC verification.

User Account & KYC:

Users must verify their identity by submitting Aadhaar, PAN, bank details, face verification, and contact information. KYC is required for wallet withdrawal and to ensure platform security. We may temporarily store KYC documents only for verification purposes and may delete them after verification processing.

Listings & Content:

Users are responsible for ensuring their listings are genuine, accurate, and legal. Fake, misleading, duplicate, offensive, or scam listings are strictly prohibited. OJILZTAG.COM reserves the right to remove any listing or terminate accounts without prior notice if misuse is detected.

Subscription:

New users can list up to 3 items for free. To add more listings and unlock premium features, subscription plans are available. Subscription fees are non-refundable once the service is activated. If a subscription request or advertisement is canceled before admin approval, a refund will be processed.

Referral & Earning System (Ztag Team):

Users may earn referral commissions for referring new members. Referral commission is released only when the referred member completes a paid subscription plan successfully. Commission will be credited to the user wallet.

Wallet & Withdrawal:

Minimum withdrawal amount: ₹300.

Withdrawal will be processed to the user’s verified bank account after KYC approval.

Withdrawal processing time: 2 to 5 working days.

Incorrect bank details may cause delays.

Refunds:

If an advertisement or subscription payment is rejected or canceled before approval, a refund will be issued. If the service is already activated, no refund will be provided. Refunds due to technical issues will be processed after verification.

Platform Role:

OJILZTAG.COM is only a listing and lead-connecting platform. We are not responsible for product quality, pricing, payments, delivery, or any buyer-seller disputes. Users must verify before making any transactions.

Account Termination:

We have the right to suspend or permanently ban any user involved in fraud, misuse, fake listings, spam, abusive behavior, or attempts to manipulate the wallet system. Wallet balance of banned accounts may be forfeited.

Dispute Resolution:

For any complaints or issues, users may contact us. We aim to respond and resolve complaints within 48 working hours.

Inactive Account & Wallet Policy

1. 90 Days of No Activity: If your account hasn’t been used for 90 consecutive days—no logins, transactions, or other activity—it may be automatically deactivated.

2. What Happens on Deactivation:

All your listings, services, and features will be removed.

Any wallet balance, pending payouts, or transaction history will be frozen.

3. Getting Back on Board:To resume services, you must register a new account.

Your old account’s data, wallet balance, and listings cannot be transferred.

4. Reminders: We may send warnings before deactivation, but not receiving one does not prevent your account from being deactivated.

5. Our Rights: We reserve the right to remove or suspend inactive accounts and balances as necessary to maintain system efficiency and fairness.

TRANSACTION PROCESSING

All transactions on OJILZTAG.COM are subject to admin review and approval. Transactions may take up to 48 hours to process, so users are requested not to initiate duplicate transactions during this period. By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree to wait patiently for admin approval before proceeding with any further actions.

ACCOUNT DELETION & DATA REMOVAL

You may request permanent deletion of your account. Once confirmed: Your account, listings, wallet, and wallet balance will be permanently deleted All personal information and associated data will be irreversibly removed This action is final; recovery is not possible Any pending withdrawals or balances should be claimed before deletion

CONTENT CLASSIFICATION & TITLE MAPPING.

By creating an account on OJILZTAG.COM, you agree that all operational activities such as listings, KYC submissions, advertisements, withdrawals, and support tickets must be completed strictly through the website dashboard. Mobile and email verification using our secure communication system is mandatory before your account becomes active. WhatsApp is used only for verification and essential system notifications. You also acknowledge and accept the automated ticket workflow and the 90-day inactivity policy, under which your account may be marked inactive or deactivated if no login occurs within the required timeframe.

USER IDENTITY VERIFICATION & COMPLIANCE

All identity checks on OJILZTAG.COM are document-based. Users must type the exact details shown in their Aadhaar, PAN, or bank documents and upload the matching file. KYC files are deleted within 30 days, while only the verification status and timestamp are stored. Personal details like name, address, PAN number, and bank account number must match the documents exactly. Incorrect or edited files may lead to rejection.

VERIFICATION CONDITIONS

Users must follow all platform rules on OJILZTAG.COM. Submitting false, unclear, edited, or invalid documents may result in suspension or account termination. The ₹1000 subscription fee is mandatory and non-transferable, and refunds are given only for payment errors or technical issues.

Illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities are strictly prohibited. Users must not attempt to bypass or exploit verification processes. Verification results are final, though the platform may request re-submission if documents are unclear or insufficient.
